Shipping policy
As per the 15.03.2021 we are sorry to announce that "HOPE AND ANCHOR AT HOME" we do not deliver anymore to Scotland, Ireland, The Hebrides, Isle of Man, Isle of White, Channel Islands, and offshore destinations, as couriers can guarantee Next day Delivery.
Shipping is normally 2-3 days from receiving your order.
If you still haven't received it after the expected date, please contact us at info@thehopeandanchorpub.co.uk.
Local delivery are for the following postcodes only: DN15, DN16, DN18, DN19, DN20, DN38 and DN39.
Anywhere else is Nationwide delivery unless otherwise agreed.
PRICING:
PICK UP from pub: Wednesday to Saturday 5.00pm-7.00pm (order same day by 2.00pm) = FREE
Sunday 11.00am-2.00pm (order same day by 10.00am)= Free
LOCAL deliveries: for DN15, DN16, DN18, DN19, DN20, DN38 and DN39.
NATIONWIDE deliveries:
For Friday & Saturday delivery order by Wednesday 10.00am = £9.95
All nationwide deliveries are made by Hermes courier that will contact you with your estimated delivery time. Please do give us a mobile number, email address and a safe location in order to be able to do so. We will email you your tracking number once your parcel is on it's way to you. If shipping for a different household, do give us the name of the recipient, their mobile number and email address and a safe location (If no one is at home to receive the parcel).
"ART GALLERY" artwork can be shipped anywhere to UK mainland home or office. Shipping prices depend on destination, size and weight and will be added at checkout. Please contact us with any shipping queries and we'd be delighted to help.
